During a client visit, Chidimma <\/span>was required<\/span> to take the client’s vitals and <\/span>immediately<\/span> identified<\/span> that the client was in distress. Following policies and procedures, Chidimma ensured that emergency services were contacted. In a follow- up call the client and the client’s daughter expressed their gratitude for Chidimma, and how impressed they were by her quick response.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
