A client’s friend sent the following email telling us how impressed she was with Ramatu: “<\/span>I am an old friend of your clients from our college years, and I try to get to Ottawa a few times a year from my home in Guelph to see her. Because I am a musician, and because your client can no longer communicate verbally, I spend my visits singing for her with my ukulele. When I was last there in May, I met Ramatu for the first time. Her presence and her enthusiastic participation and assistance made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable for, I think, both your client and me. She was able to keep her awake and engaged throughout the hour or more that I stayed, encouraging both of us with her comments, her sense of humor, and her very evident care and concern for her patient. Recently, Gigi was able to help one of her clients fix a remote and her client let us know how amazing she thought Gigi was. She always goes the extra mile to make sure that her clients are happy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Caring for our clients is our top priority and sometimes this care flows over to our clients\u2019 family pets. Nkechi’s client sent an email expressing how wonderful Nkechi treated her 2 fur-babies. “<\/span>She shows them respect which is demonstrated in how Nkechi walks them and the way she talks to them.”<\/span><\/i>\u202fThe client is grateful that she treats them so well as they are an important part of the family. Nkechi is also complimented for assisting clients with many tasks that help improve their quality of life.
