Kavi was a lovely man. I remember his bright smile more than anything from our event two years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Penny Nettelfield, chair of the charity\u2019s UK support group, said: \u201cWe were immensely sad to hear about Kavi\u2019s death and send our thoughts and love to his family.
